MISS TOURISM ARGENTINA - Miss Ibero-America pageant

Agustina Quinteros, Miss World Argentina 2008, was crowned Miss Tourism Ibero-America 2009, in the city of Las Termas de Río Hondo, Argentina.

The 1st runner-up was Miss Brazil, Jeanine d'Castro. Jeanine is the current Miss World Minas Gerais, and she will be soon competing at Miss World Brazil 2009.

Organizers of the first edition of Miss Tourism Ibero-America contest claim that over 6000 people attended the event.

MISS TOURISM INTERNATIONAL CHINESE 2009 - Miss Shen Yujie



Shen Yujie (C), 20, a 1.78-me-tall model from Dalin, was crowned Miss Tourism International China 2009 and will represent her country in Miss Tourism Queen International 2009, which will be held in China on September 28.

The runner-ups were:

1st princess: Liu Xinhua (R)
2nd princess: Qi Guanqiong (L)
3rd princess: Fang Yuan
4th princess: Bai Shuyu

Miss TQ Fernando de Noronha 2009

Ana Carolina Madeira, one of the most popular participants in the 9th edition of Big Brother Brazil, held earlier this year, was crowned Miss TQ Fernando de Noronha 2009, and will represent the Brazilian archipelago at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2009 pageant, in China.

"Sometimes I think I'm dreaming, this means more to me than winning $1 million in Big Brother", she told journalists after being crowned last Saturday night, in Angra dos Reis.

Ana Carolina is 24 years old, 1.72 m-tall, has a degree in Law and is an animals advocate. "I have more than 10 dogs. I love dogs and I get involved in all kinds of movements to protect animals".



MISS TQ PUERTO RICO - Miss Agnes Benitez

Twenty-two-year-old Agnes Benítez, 1.73 m-tall, has been selected to represent Puerto Rico in Miss Tourism Queen 2009, in China. The sexy brunette participated in Miss Universe Puerto Rico last year.

Miss Tourism Queen International 2009 kicks-off on August 8, in the province of Heinan, China. The final event will take place in Zhengzhou, on October 28.
